"The one who has zeal to do
something difficult, despite living in tough condition, so it means that
person has dare to bring drastic changes!
And the thing has been proven by
a versatile personality, well by profession he’s a mechanical engineer but
weird thing is that he doesn’t have any technical degree and he started his
career as a worker but now he’s well establish person and because of him many
people are running their business and gaining employments, I think you might be
curious to know what thing brought him as diamond to coal.
Some month back I traveled of Gujarat, and I met a person during the journey, he attired formal
garment & wore leather shoes, talking in Hyderabad accent with puff of
cigarette, it seemed he’s very common man but when I asked him: Sir may I know
something about you & your profession, politely he replied: Well by
profession people recognize me as a mechanical engineer and I build solvent
plants.
Then I put next
question before him: in which institute did you practice; he smiled
hearing it and replied: I do not have any technical degree and never went to
college, I am simple metric pass person. Hearing these words my curiosity
increased and I was dying to have known about his experience, my insisting compelled
him to narrate his past and then he started to describe.
In
1946, I was born in Narayan Peth a village of Andhra Pradesh, my father was a
ranger officer in Hydrabad Nizam's state and mother was a house wife. I started
working from my school days and used to pay my school fee by myself, and when I
became sensible, I started my journey as a worker which I did with pleasure and
after long struggle got promotion and became foreman then supervisor, some
clients considered me as a contractor or engineer due to my hard work and
knowledge.
In
1974 the day came when I got first contract to build solvent plant as a
contractor & engineer, it wasn't easy task but by the grace of Allah the
plant raised successfully, then more clients tried my talent and still more
than 80 plants has been built by me, and what to speak of India even I have worked
in foreign also like Nigeria, Ugandan, Nepal, Bangladesh.
During
the discussion our car stopped and he asked an address to a Gujarat-man in
there native language, I surprised to listen it and questioned: Sir, are you
able to speak this language too, he smiled and replied: I am able to speak four
languages and understand 3 more.
After
some moment sadly he told me: I have seen many loopholes in my life and I bear
major loss but never tried to change my line. It appears he proved that "Efforts are never wasted even when it
leads to disappointing results because it always makes us more prepared, more
Strong, more Capable & Experienced".
It
is said Golden Day comes after every dark night and that day also came in his
life when he established his own company Y.S-
-CO-OPERATION.
We
were on the high-way and after long discussion we felt hunger, he ordered to stop
the car near a countryside restaurant and we entered inside, ordered some food
but as we just started eating, I found him wiping his hands, I said: sir please
take it more, what have you eaten, he replied: it's my diet & enough for
me, I realized, maybe he’s following the rules that “Eat for living not live for eating”.
At the some distance there was an industry
where the plant was established which was built by him, I entered there with
him and viewed the all machines, he described with enthusiasm about it, that
was a big plant and I got tired visiting there but he didn't, and he kept on
describing with great energy.
Well you may be speechless to see his personality because he’s just 67 year old but he looks as if 50 only. I was excited to perceive the secrets of his health, he told me: I eat less and work more and never become dependent myself for anything.

was my good fortune that my time spent with a most inspirational &
motivational personality who proved “Ignorance
of Ability bring disability”.
Really there’re very few people in world as
Mr. Mummad Yousuf is.
