Whenever I try to smoke, my body & soul
begin to talk with each other.
My soul calls my body:
Soul: Hey, excuse me, yes I'm talking to you, What's doing.?
Body: O, it's you, well I'm Smoking.
Soul: Why?
Body: Because' it gets me pleasure.
Soul: What kind of pleasure?
Body: Hmm, can't explain, but I get some relief.
Soul: OK, May you describe some benefits of smoking.
Body: Why not, actually often I feel, "when cigarette my hand, I feel like a man".
Soul: Shut up, it's just a movie gossip, you don't know but smoking keep on getting weak your manliness, and the habit is a legal act to commit suicide also.
Body: O my god, I didn't think about it ever.
Soul: It will be good for you, if you let concerning about it. Now please describe some bad effects of it.
Body: Well, Some problems can surround that person' who become habitual of smoking as:
1. Damaged gums, black lips, wrinkled skin & discolored teeth.
2. Colorlessness in eyes & complexion.
3. Sputum problem.
4. Wrinkles on the face.
5. Sleeping problem.
6. Feeling of restlessness.
7. be out of breath.
8. Irritation in behavior.
9. Wasting the money.
10. Removing hairs.
11. Cancer, Tuberculosis, and to get other Lethal Diseases, etc.
Soul: What do you think, what may you receive' if you quit smoking.
Body: Hmm, If I quit it, then can get physical and mental fitness, and by this precious gift of Almighty Allah' I can achieve everything, because "Health is Wealth".
Soul: Have you ever thought, how many people get affected by Tobacco pollution, and not only common people even your wife and children can also get harm by you.
Body: I'm aware from all these.
Soul: How stupid you are, despite getting awareness' still you keep on damaging yourself.
Body: What to do, I self want to quit it, but I am unable to control myself, I do it’ whenever I had in trouble or tension.
Soul: It's just a wrong philosophy of your mind, daily you would have many reason to smoke, If you think' your problem don't let you out from this.
Once Mark Twain said: “Giving up smoking is the easiest thing in the world. I know because I've done it thousands of times.”
Soul: Listen, I'm your well-wisher, and every time I try to stop you from all evils. I may vouch for that you can be more powerful to fight & face your problems' if you have dare to quit your bad habits. Remember now you to smoke Cigarette but one-day Cigarette will start to smoke you.
